Preregistration : $50 US.

Full Registration :

• $250 US if completed before January 1, 2026, or if you’ve preregistered.
• $270 US if completed on or after January 1, 2026, without preregistration.

Children:

• Between 0 and 13 years old: Free.
• Between 14 and 17 years old: $100 US.

Registration includes:

• Participation in all lectures, practices, artistic activities and meetings according to your membership category.
• Participant kit.
• Coffee breaks.
• Translation service during the lectures (English, French, Spanish).
• Closing Dinner.

Conditions:

• Registration, including pre-registration, is not refundable but can be transferred to another person.
• The price is not modifiable even if you do not participate in the closing dinner.
• You must register children who will participate in activities or the closing dinner.
• It is advisable to pay the total amount of your full registration before the start of the event.
